Author Guidelines

Authors are invited to submit their works to Publibre, an open-access publishing division of the Expert Novice Group. All submissions are reviewed to determine their suitability before being sent for peer review. Those that meet the required standards will proceed to evaluation before an editorial decision is made.

Before making a submission, please ensure that you have:

·         Followed Publibre’s Mandatory Submission Guidelines and Book Structuring Framework.

·         Obtained all necessary permissions for any included material such as photographs, figures, tables, datasets, or excerpts from other works.

·         Secured consent from all co-authors listed in the submission.

·         Where applicable, received ethical clearance from an institutional or national committee, in accordance with your country’s legal requirements.

Submissions that do not meet minimum editorial or formatting standards may be desk rejected before peer review. To avoid this, please ensure that:

·         The scope, structure, and outline of your book are well-defined and logically organized.

·         The title is concise and clearly represents the content.

·         The synopsis, preface, or foreword provides enough context to stand independently, giving reviewers a strong understanding of the book’s purpose and contribution.

Once your manuscript meets these requirements, proceed to complete your submission following the checklist below.

By submitting to Publibre, authors confirm that they:

  • Have read and agree to abide by all Publibre policies.
  • Understand that the editorial team reserves the right to make formatting or structural adjustments to align the work with Publibre’s production standards.
